Tom Lu - Managing Director
Tom is responsible for all aspects of our value delivery initiatives and the Tour De Force Advisors ecosystem.
Tom has more than 25 years of experience as a transformation and value multiplier with a variety of companies including Kearney, Procurian, and FreeMarkets. A recognized procurement and savings expert, Tom understands how to lead teams and partners through critical change management initiatives and build strong supplier coalitions based on collaboration, transparency, and trust.
Prior to joining Tour De Force Advisors, Tom held a range of procurement positions leading diverse global teams and strategic partners to results through value chain analysis, supply chain process, strategic sourcing, and supplier alliances to maximize value and savings.
Tom graduated from Nova Southeastern University Goizueta Graduate School of Business with an MBA and University of Central Florida with a BS.
